Return Policy

Return and Exchange Window

We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or exchange it for a different product. Please note that we do not offer refunds in the form of money. (Only if the product you received is damaged or received open)

You should have proper evidence i.e. video of the unboxing of the product.

Exceptions to Return and Exchange Policy

Discounted Items: Items purchased on discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original Packaging: Returned items must be in their original packaging.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition with no visible signs of wear or use. (not applicable when you received damaged or opened).

Follow-Up: If you do not receive a confirmation within five days of your initial email, please send a reminder email.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us for returns and for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
